Brad is a founding partner of Petersen Johnson. He has practiced law for 17 years, all in the area of Accident Injury law.

Like his partner Ron, Brad decided on the law early in his life, "I always knew I was going to be a lawyer, that was my dream. An accident can disrupt your entire life.  I receive a tremendous amount of satisfaction helping people after the trauma of an accident."

Brad's passion for Accident Injury law is evident in everything he does, from his tough, direct negotiation style to his commitment to clients. He championed our pledge to get you in front of a lawyer in two hours for initial meetings. In fact, most of the time you'll be sitting down with Brad at that initial meeting. He works hard to make your experience stress-free and to make sure you receive every dollar to which you are legally entitled.

After growing up in Illinois, Brad received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Arizona State University and Juris Doctor Degree from Creighton University. He is a member of the Arizona Bar Association and a Board Member of the Happily Ever After League, a network of support services for moms with cancer.  Brad enjoys time away from the office with his wife Marla and two children and is an avid sports enthusiast.
